Excellent quality Ferrite Magnet - FeCrCo Magnet – Horizon Detail:

First appeared in the early 1970s, FeCrCo magnet or Iron Chromium Cobalt magnet is composed of Iron, Chromium, and Cobalt. The significant advantage of Fe-Cr-Co magnets is the low-cost shaping possibilities. Raw materials are vacuum melt to alloy ingot, then alloy ingots can be machined by hot rolling, cold rolling and all machining methods of drilling, turning, boring, etc. to shape the FeCrCo magnets. FeCrCo magnets have similar characteristics with Alnico magnets like high Br, low Hc, high working temperature, good temperature stability and corrosion resistance, etc.

However, FeCrCo permanent magnets are known as transformers in permanent magnets. They are easy to metal processing, especially wire drawing and tube drawing. This is an advantage that other permanent magnets cannot compare with. FeCrCo alloys can be easily hot deformed and machined. There are practically no limitations of their shapes and sizes. They can be made to tiny and complicated shape components such as block, bar, tube, strip, wire, etc. Their minimum diameter can reach 0.05mm and the thinnest thickness can reach 0.1mm, so they are suitable for the production of high-precision components. The high Curie temperature is about 680°C and the highest working temperature can be high to 400°C.
