Nowadays in many fields the thread is necessary to fasten or hold parts to make use of NdFeB magnets. But the thread can not be machined in the Neodymium magnets due to their hard physical properties. It is the pot magnet with internal thread that solves this thread fastening problem for NdFeB magnet. NdFeB magnet is glued inside the steel cup case with internal threaded bush. The steel cup case can protect the NdFeB magnets. As an alternative, this threaded structure enables this pot magnet to work as base for screwing-in parts with corresponding threaded. The whole magnet system has more powerful magnetic strength than an individual Neodymium magnet. Therefore you don’t need to worry about the objects falling down when you hand them like horizontal banner between two pot magnets. To meet the needs of different holding force, we supply and customize a wide range of magnet size and thickness and threaded hole sizes, etc. for customers’ various needs.

The pot magnet will retain its magnet force permanently unless working temperature or external magnetic field increases. The size, shape and magnet material of the pot magnet can adjust to its usage requirements including pull strength, working temperature, etc.
